Boilerplate Generator
Enter your website and get the About section for your press release in short, standard and long versions, written only from facts on your site.
Only facts from your site and this box are used. Nothing is guessed, so add the founding year, headquarters or customer count if your site does not say them.
What a press release boilerplate is
The boilerplate is the short About section at the end of every press release: what the company does, for whom, and the facts a reporter needs to describe it, such as where it is based and when it was founded. Reporters often copy it word for word, which is why it has to be accurate and free of marketing language.
How this generator stays accurate
It reads your homepage and up to three more pages of your site (about, product, company) and writes only from what those pages say, plus any facts you add. If your site does not state a founding year, headquarters or customer count, it leaves them out rather than guessing, and it lists every fact it used so you can check them before you publish.
Which length to use
Use the short version (about 40 words) for product announcements and anywhere space is tight, the standard version (about 80 words) for most press releases, and the long version (about 130 words) for funding news, a company launch or a media kit, where readers want more context. Keep one version and reuse it, so every release describes the company the same way.
