Editorial policy

How we write, and where AI is involved.

Last updated October 10, 2026

Client releases

Releases we write for customers are drafted by editors, based on the facts you give us. We do not invent statistics, quotes, funding figures, customer names, or results. If a claim needs a source, we ask you for one rather than filling the gap.

You approve the final text before distribution. Nothing goes out that you have not read.

Our own published content

Articles on this site are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publication. No article publishes without that review.

The same rule applies to our content as to client work: no fabricated statistics, studies, quotes or case studies. Claims that cannot be supported are removed rather than softened.

We do not use noindex to hide that content was AI-assisted. Where a page is set to noindex it is because the page is thin, internal, or duplicative, not to disguise how it was produced.

Corrections

If you find an error in anything we have published, write to team@presshalo.com. We correct factual errors and note substantive corrections on the page.

Distribution is labelled

Releases distributed through our network appear as press releases, and outlets label them as such. We never present syndicated placement as independent reporting.
