Announcement Post Generator
Describe your announcement and get a LinkedIn post, an X post, an X thread and a short blurb for Slack or a newsletter, from the company or the founder.
How to write an announcement post
Lead with the news in the first line, because on LinkedIn that line, and a little more, is all anyone sees before 'see more', and on X it is often the only line read. Say what changed and who it is for, give one supporting fact, and end with a single next step. Skip 'we are excited to announce': the news is the hook, not the excitement.
Company page or founder voice
Posts from a founder's own profile usually travel further on LinkedIn than the same words from a company page, because people engage with people. The founder version is written in first person singular, warmer and more personal; the company version is plain and confident. Many teams post the founder version first and reshare it from the company page.
Getting the most from a launch post
Post when your audience is online, reply to early comments quickly, and put any link where it fits naturally rather than tacking it on. Coverage helps too: a post that links to a news story about the launch reads as more credible than one that only links to your own site.
